Bellingham Spencer Nygren As a member of the A/V team, you're on the front lines of helping people experience God through our weekend services! You'll help create dynamic environments through audio, video, photography and lighting.

Roles Available...

Please select one on the interest form, thank you!

  • Camera - If you've never served in the realm of service production, manning one of the cameras in the Worship Center is a great way to start! The TV Director will guide you as you capture live content of our services for online streaming and in person viewing.
  • TV Director - The TV Director always sees the big picture, and helps produce a seamless service by selecting which camera shots to take. TV Directors highlight the beauty of worship and capture the flow of the sermon. Help lead and direct a group of camera operators to create a cinematic experience to help usher in the Holy Spirit for those both in the room and viewing online.
  • Graphics - We sing many different worship songs here at CTK, and as the Graphics Operator it's your job to help the congregation engage by displaying lyrics, photos, and videos on the screens. Graphics Operators navigate pre-built songs in our presentation program, placing lyrics on our screens one slide at a time, leading everyone in a communal worship experience.
  • Lighting - Lighting Operators are extremely important. After all, God's first words were "Let there be light!" Lighting operators will learn to help usher in the Holy Spirit through the use of lighting, starting out with pre-programmed lighting cues, but if you're interested in developing your skills as a Lighting Operator we can help teach you about the science of lighting, placement, color theory, basic programming skills, and more!
  • Monitors - Monitor Engineers support the band on stage by helping create an effective in-ear monitor mix. In-ear monitors are just the headphones that the musicians use on stage! Their experience of worship (aka their mix) through the in-ears can be much different than those worshiping in the congregation. The Monitor Engineer leads the band through each instrument, vocalist, and musical track to help balance out each musician's mix.
  • Photography - Help capture beautiful pictures during worship services, events, baptisms, and more!
  • Stage Design - Help transform digital mock-ups for our stage designs into a stunning, tangible atmosphere on our stage. Work with our design specialist and AV team to help construct, place, detail, and light our stage backdrops.
